Joined the Utah Army National Guard in 1979. Appointed as a Warrant Officer in 1985. Served nearly 40 years in various assignments including: Section Leader, Detachment Commander, Intelligence Operations Center Chief, Brigade Command Chief Warrant Officer, and Deputy State Intelligence Officer Served across the globe including Japan, Korea, Thailand, Kwajalein Atoll, Macedonia, and Iraq. Served a one-year tour attached to Army National Guard Headquarters, Arlington, VA. Kelvin Green is a retired member of the Army National Guard. Use of his military rank, job titles, and photographs in uniform does not imply endorsement by the Department of the Army or the Department of Defense.

Kelvin has lived in the South Valley area nearly his entire life. He grew up a little over three miles from where he lives today. Not only does he live in the city, he and his family also operate a small business in West Jordan as well.
